Q. Is there a cost for the training workshops?
A. There is no cost, but you will be required to register.
Q. What type of High Speed service will I get?
A. This project is to provide High Speed Wireless access to business and households that are limited to dial-up access.
High Speed service consists of the installation of a white flat square antenna that would be installed to the side of your house or to an existing TV Tower.
The service is provided by Kwic Internet which is at present limited to 512K downloads. Over the term of this project bandwidth will increase to a maximum of 1.5 mbps.
Q. What is the cost for High Speed Internet
A. Standard equipment installation cost is $129.00 and the monthly cost is $49.95.
There is a 1 year contract that Kwic will require prior to installation.
Pricing is subject to change over the term of the project.
